- Email address: Provided when you purchase a report, used for your receipt and report delivery.
- Payment information: Processed securely by Square. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
- Scan results: The data generated by scanning your website, including screenshots, performance metrics, and identified issues.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Run the website scan you requested.
- Generate and deliver your audit report.
- Send your purchase receipt.
- Improve the accuracy and quality of our service.
- Respond to support requests.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing emails unless you opt in.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate:

4. Cookies & Analytics
We use essential cookies required for the Service to function. We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy.
5. Data Retention
Scan results and reports are retained for as long as needed to provide the Service. If you request deletion of your data, we will remove it within 30 days.
Payment records may be retained longer as required by tax and accounting regulations.

You have the right to:

- Request correction of inaccurate data.
