The Service itself — including the platform, analysis methods, user interface, and branding — is the intellectual property of Nixon Labs and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service provides informational website audits. Our reports are not professional security, legal, or accessibility advice. They identify common issues and suggest improvements, but they do not guarantee completeness or accuracy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nixon Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
6. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Purchased reports remain accessible to you after termination.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
